DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
There is no minimum order requirements. An order can be placed for any amount.
WHEN PLACING AN ORDER, WHAT KIND OF SHIPPING OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
We primarily ship parts using one of the major ground services like FedEx. All orders will be shipped from our facility in Woodridge using the company who is serving us best at that time. We can send your items via Next Day Air or Second Day Air, but you must have the order in by 10 AM ET and you must SPECIFY your shipping preferences when ordering.
ARE YOU ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE?
Yes. We have an active recycling program. Our lights are mostly all on motion sensors. When we renovated the warehouses we are in, we used spray foam technology for all walls and ceilings to reduce our energy consumption. Our manufacturing facility uses the most up-to-date automation equipment we could afford (2019) to install, thus saving on energy consumption.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You should note that if you give us a credit card and it does not go through for any reason, your order will not ship. We will attempt to reach you, but if we cannot reach you by phone or email, your order will not ship until this is resolved.
CAN I HAVE MY SHIPMENT SENT FREIGHT COLLECT?
If you would like your merchandise shipped freight collect, just forward us your Carrier Shipper Number. Your shipper number will be kept confidential and Freight with your account information. Please specify your requirements on all orders.
ARE YOUR SHELVES BUILT IN THE USA?
Yes, proudly as of 2019. We can now say that most all of our shelves are built here at our factory in New York State.
