If you are a large company looking for quantity pricing, go online and fill out your credit information or send your standard form into us so we can set your account up. We can provide you with large purchasing power by having an account with us.

REPRESENTATION TO OTHER BRAND NAMES:
All parts in our catalog are designed and manufactured to replace original or OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts as referenced. Please be aware that the parts represented, unless specifically stated otherwise, are not original equipment manufactured parts but parts designed to fit and function in the original equipment in the same manner as the original part. Unless noted, the OEM has not endorsed or approved the design or marketing of any part herein shown. Any reference to the manufacturer name, model, item #, or part # are not meant to imply any kind of formal or informal association, relationship, or agreement with the manufacturer; it is only for reference purposes.
All products illustrated in our catalogs are displayed as accurately as possible at the time of publishing. All of Supermarket Parts Warehouse Cross-Reference refers to standard model display cases. Occasionally, manufacturers change products, specifications, or appearances of their replacement parts, which is beyond our control. To ensure accuracy, please check product specifications. Products without a brand name: Supermarket Parts Warehouse reserves the right to furnish the same product from different manufacturers when deemed necessary to ensure the highest quality or availability. Products listed may be provided by alternative manufacturers and are made to standards equal to or better than the original parts provided by the named manufacturer of the equipment.
Our goal is to ship all in stock orders the same day they are received by 10am ET M-F. Orders are normally shipped out using one of the major ground services unless specified otherwise. Second Day, and Next Day Air is available upon request. If you have a preference or would like us to have freight billed directly, please inform us at the time of order. Defrost heaters will be carefully rolled up to save you on shipping costs when possible. All coil type or rod types of heaters will be shipped in tubes and not coiled up. Any tube or box 108” or more will be shipped LTL. We take pride in the way we package items so they arrive to you undamaged. We do make some decisions to reduce your cost in shipping when possible. On some palletized items, we will spend a little extra time and effort to place a triangle warning on the top of the pallet to bring attention not to stack anything on top of the pallet to avoid damage. While this may increase the cost of shipping, it ensures your products arrive undamaged.

Items may be returned within 90 days of order date. No product shall be accepted without the proper paperwork issued by Supermarket Parts Warehouse. All returned material must be accompanied by an “RMA” (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number in order to receive a credit. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Products sold due to incorrect cross-reference or non-standard cases will be returnable with no re-stocking fees. Your parts are packed well when they leave our facility to prevent damage. If they come to you damaged, report this to the freight company immediately. If you received the incorrect parts and need to ship them back, it is a good idea to ship them well packed so there will be no issue with regard to any credits expected. Do not send returned materials back freight collect or COD as it will be refused. All returns that are not due to Supermarket Parts Warehouse error are subject up to a 25% restocking fee and paperwork processing fee. In these cases, shipping will also be at the expense of the customer. If there is a delay to the credit issued, please contact our office (with proof of delivery if necessary), and we will investigate the item. Please do not apply credits to your account until we have issued a credit.
Any order cancelled or partially cancelled after it has already left our warehouse will be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%. If the parts arrived to the location specified and are found to be incorrect, assuming they arrive back to us in a condition where they can be re-stocked and resold, a full credit will be authorized. If the parts were returned due to them being incorrect but we find upon receipt they are the correct parts as ordered or different from what the parts that we were told were being returned, a 25% restocking fee plus shipping will apply. This is assuming all the parts arrive in a condition where they can be re-stocked and resold. If the parts returned come back scratched, bent, or in any condition that we feel does not meet the standards we ship out, no credits will be issued.
An open account will be considered for those customers who provide us with a properly filled out application for credit which can be found on our website: www.Supermarket Parts Warehouse.com. Supermarket Parts Warehouse will respond to your request to offer credit as soon as possible. All open account invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date when terms are granted. Supermarket Parts Warehouse reserves the right to adjust or revoke credit terms when accounts are not kept in good standing. Credit is viewed every six months. Further, the purchaser agrees to pay all costs for collection and/or any attorney fees incurred while collecting a delinquent account. First time purchases require credit card payment. Any future orders may be put on account with credit application approval. Upon set up of your account, a credit card will be kept on file to ensure payment of any outstanding balances past 45 days.
One of the ways to avoid this is by sending us forecasts of large projects the quarter before you have it scheduled. It is sometimes difficult to meet the unexpected demands of projects due to volume demands at that time. It is our policy to ship all in stock orders the same day they are received. We will normally backorder the items and ship them as soon as our inventory is re-stocked from our factory(s). If you require your order to be shipped complete, please inform the sales representative who takes care of you or mark your written order, “Ship Complete.”
PRICES AND SALES TAX:
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and will be the lowest possible price at the time of order, consistent with normal business practices. Published prices are subject to change at any time and may be higher or lower than the most recent published price. We collect sales tax based upon where the product ships when applicable by law.
If you feel you did not get all the merchandise indicated on the packing list, you must report it to us within 3 days of receiving the package. Always keep the original shipping box, tube, plus all packing materials used.
All hardware items are warrantied for a period of 90 days from the date of sale. Where our suppliers have offered a longer warranty period, this will be available to our customers. Supermarket Parts Warehouse will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price, at its option, for any of its products that prove to be defective within the limits of this warranty. This warranty does not include labor or shipping cost necessary to replace or repair the product. This warranty shall not apply to any product that has been subject to improper installation, abuse, misuse, or used for purposes other than the purpose for which they exist.
Note: Electrical items are not covered by our warranty.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Supermarket Parts Warehouse shall in no event be liable to the original purchaser, its customers, or to any other person or organization using or involving products purchased from Supermarket Parts Warehouse for loss of use, lost profits, inconvenience, property damage, personal injury, or death arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, delay, negligence, strict tort liability, or otherwise. In no event and under no circumstances shall Supermarket Parts Warehouse be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses or damages. The entire liability of Supermarket Parts Warehouse shall in no event exceed, at Supermarket Parts Warehouse’s option, the repair, replacement cost, or purchase price paid for the product purchased from Supermarket Parts Warehouse, which directly gives rise to the claim. No action or proceeding against Supermarket Parts Warehouse may be commenced more than twelve months after the product was initially shipped to the original purchaser.
Supermarket Parts Warehouse’s terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to or application of conflicts or law rules and principles. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect its intent, and the remainder of the terms and conditions will continue in full force and effect. Supermarket Parts Warehouse reserves the rights to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The Terms and Conditions contained herein supersede all others.
